Prices - Rates:
  • All prices are listed in American dollars, including all applicable taxes to nonresident foreigners in Peru.
  • Prices for groups over 10 passengers are subject to discounts.

  • All airfares and bus fares are subject to change and availability.

Reservations & Deposits:
  • The system will only process reserves received like minimum with 7 days of anticipation to the date of beginning  the tourist services required. 
  • In order to confirm your reserve, we must receive your full payment order or deposit.
  • All payments or deposits must be made trough our online system or by Mail Order / Telephone Order

Tour Packages

  • Confirmations will be sent via e-mail with reservation code of each tour package.
  • To confirm your reserve, you can pay-deposit of US $ 100 per person. Nonrefundable deposit.
  • Final payment for all packages / tours must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
  • All cancellations of reservations are subject to a charge of 10% of the airline ticket price. The packages & tours are subjects to a charge of US $ 25 per person for administrative expenses and transportation services.
  • Once the package or tour is in progress, no refund shall be made for unused segments.

Hotels and Lodgings (Not included in Tour Packages)

  • Confirmations will be sent via e-mail with reservation code of each hotel.
  • You can cancel your reserve until with 15 days of anticipation to the date of arrival. 
  • No shows in hotels are subject to a nonrefundable deposit of 1 day.
  • All cancellations of hotels reservations are subject to a charge of US $ 25 for administrative expenses.

Air Tickets, Train Tickets and/or Bus Tickets (Not included in Tour Packages)

  • Confirmations will be sent via e-mail with reservation code of each service.
  • You can cancel your reserve until with 15 days of anticipation to the departure date. 
  • All cancellations are subject to a charge of US $ 25 for administrative expenses.

Air Transportation:
  • IATA Airlines assume no responsibility for any act or event that may occur while the passenger is not inside the aircraft.
  • When the package or tour includes a promotional air fare, a change of flight dates by the passenger, it's subjects to a penalty.

Documentation:
  • The client is responsible for bringing a valid passport and or any other document required by the Peruvian Government. (See requirements)

Last minute cancellation:
  • For last minute cancellations please call to Go2Peru.com at +51 1 446-6981 (Lima- Peru) or send an e-mail to reserves@Go2Peru.com
  • Cancellation insurance is available and highly recommended.

Luggage:
  • Luggage weight limit is 44 lb. (20 Kg) per person on all local flights and terrestrial transportation.
  • Each passenger is responsible for his / her luggage.
  •  We recommend that all small items such as cameras, video cameras, binoculars, handbags, etc. be carried in the passengers carry on luggage. If the passenger wishes to check these items, we recommend purchasing insurance.
  • We recommend the use at all times or secure luggage with an ID tag attached.

Hotels in Travel Packages:
  • Names are indicated in each program.
  • We reserve the right to change hotels to the same or superior category.
  •  Single rooms are available on a limited number.

Meals:
  • Meals and snacks served on flights are dependent on the policy of the airline.
  • All meals specified in the package / tours are included. 
    They are show as follow:

    B = Breakfast
    L = Lunch
    D = Dinner

  • All other meals are the responsibility of the clients.

Liability:
  • Liability for services not provided, due to negligence of Go2Peru and or its employees is limited to the real cost of the omitted services and excludes all resulting indirect costs and consequences.
  • In the event of the above, Go2Peru will make its best effort to provide alternative arrangements at the the same cost, subject to availability.

Execution of reimbursement of the package / tour or accommodations
  • If Go2Peru fails to fulfill its obligation for services, hotels, meals and or transportation as indicated in the travel program, a reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim or write out authorization from any of our local or foreign agents.
  • No claims will be considered if made later than 60 days after termination of the tour.

Responsibilities and Obligations
  • Go2Peru is responsible for providing all the services and accommodations exactly as advertised on the web site.
  • In case of natural disasters, severe weather or any other acts of nature, Go2Peru is not responsible for the services not provided.
  • Go2Peru, it's intermediaries and employees are not responsible for loss, damage or injury related to services or accommodations provided by the railroads, bus companies, tour companies, tour employees, boat companies, airlines and or hotels. All of the above are subject to local laws of the country where the services are provided.
  • Go2Peru reserves the right to alter the program of any package / tour.
  • Go2Peru will issue all e-tickets and e-vouchers for all services at the starting location of the package / tour, or will send them to the address indicated by the client.
